*Legal terms and conditions
- Referral offer valid for anyone referred who activates their first membership between March 21st and March 31st 2026 inclusive.
- The referee will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a refund of their annual membership. A total of 3 memberships are up for grabs. These are only for newly-refered members. The membership fee will be refunded to the account used to make the payment.
- To receive the additional 250 GuestPoints and be eligible for the prize draw, the referee must have an active membership on April 14th 2026. The membership must have been paid for in a single payment; payments in installments are not eligible. In addition, no refunds must have been made to the account.
- This offer is in addition to the usual 250 referral GuestPoints for being referred, which are added automatically: 100 GuestPoints when the referee finalizes their home listing (these may have already been received if their account was created with a referral code before the beginning of this promotion) and 150 GuestPoints when paying for their membership. The referee will also receive 500 GuestPoints when they first pay for their membership, for a total of 750 GuestPoints added automatically.
- Please note that we only accept one membership per household (family/couple). Any attempt at fraud will be punished, and HomeExchange reserves the right to permanently close your account.
