What is HomeExchange?

HomeExchange is the world's largest home exchange community, which offers travelers a warmer, more authentic, and budget-friendly alternative to traditional paid accommodation.

The model is simple: exchange homes with another family from our community (simultaneously, or not), or host other members for GuestPoints. You can then use those GuestPoints to travel as a guest and stay in another member's home around the world. Signing up is free and we will grant you 1225 GuestPoints to get you started while completing your profile.

How do you join? 

Sign up, complete your profile and start messaging other members with your FREE account. You only make the annual payment once you have finalised your first holiday! 
No matter how far you travel, how often you exchange, or the number of people in your group, the HomeExchange annual membership costs only NZD $220/year and provides all the following benefits: 

• Unlimited exchanges for 12 months
• Coverage up to $1,000,000 in case of unexpected events
• 24/7 Member support
• If you don't arrange an exchange in your first year, your second year is free
• Access to our private Facebook group of members to network, find places to go and meet new likeminded friends!
