How can you benefit from the offer?

Step 1

Invite your friends and family to join HomeExchange

Send your referral code to your friends and family (accessible via your account on the “Refer your friends” tab) and explain the concept and benefits of HomeExchange.

Step 2

Your friends activate their membership

Once they're convinced, all your friends and family have to do is sign up and activate their annual membership before March 31st, so you can both benefit from our exclusive referral offer.

Step 3

You'll both receive 500 GuestPoints

+500 GuestPoints for you and your first 3 friends and family who activate their membership, plus entry into our draw to win a year's membership!

*Terms and conditions 

  • Valid for referrals and first-time memberships taken between March 5th to 31st, 2025.

  • The additional 250 GuestPoints will be added to the referring member's account if both have active memberships by April 15th, 2025.

  • Anyone who has referred a friend will be automatically entered into a draw to win a reimbursement for their and their referral's annual memberships (6 memberships total: 3 for members who have referred their friends, and 3 for referrals).

  • Limited to 3 referrals, up to 750 additional GuestPoints.

  • Includes the usual 250 GuestPoints: 50 when the referral’s account is created and 200 when their membership is activated plus the bonus.

  • If you've referred 10 people and refer more during this offer, you’ll get the extra 250 GuestPoints and be entered into the draw, but no additional referral GuestPoints.

  • Sharing codes on social media or HomeExchange groups is not allowed. Only official partners can share codes online. One membership per household; fraud will lead to permanent account closure.

FAQ

This exceptional offer is limited to 3 referrals over the period, i.e. a maximum of 750 additional GuestPoints.

You will automatically receive 50 GuestPoints when your friend completes their home listing, and a further 200 GuestPoints when they activate their membership. For their part, the person you've referred will automatically receive 100 GuestPoints when they complete their home listing, and a further 150 GuestPoints when they activate their membership.

And you'll both receive the bonus of 250 GuestPoints linked to the offer on April 15th 2025 if both your memberships are still active.

Yes, if you have already referred 10 people and you refer new people who activate their membership during the period of this limited offer, you will not receive the usual referral GuestPoints, but you will receive the additional 250 GuestPoints. You will also be entered into the competition if you are eligible.

We give the GuestPoints bonus only when the campaign is over so we can be sure that everyone has been using the offer correctly and respectfully. In other words, we check for any potential breach of the terms of the promotion, which we can only do when it is over.
