However, we recommend requesting assistance early and staying flexible to maximize your chances of finalizing an exchange. The chances of finding a successful exchange greatly improve when our team has between two weeks and one year to find suitable options.

What Details Should I Finalize Before Requesting Assistance?

Before requesting Exchange Assistance, ensure you have a clear understanding of the following details:

• Dates of Travel: Aim to request assistance more than two weeks before your exchange begins.
• Duration of Travel: Specify the length of your trip.
• Desired Locations: Indicate specific, general, or multiple locations. Note that trips with multiple destinations can be challenging to coordinate, so please set up a call with our Exchange Experts to explain the details.
