Our Texas Home - this spacious 300 square meters (3,100 square feet) 11 room home has a redecorated gourmet kitchen adjoining a family room with 65-inch 4K TV, surround-sound system and fireplace. There is a formal dining room, a study with high speed internet, a loft area and 4 bedrooms. The large master bedroom has an outside balcony and large bath, with tub, shower, bidet and 2 sinks. The pool is surrounded by a deck with several seating areas - it is very private. Our home is located midway between Dallas and Fort Worth, convenient to both, and 10 minutes from the airport. There are a truly incredible number of stores and restaurants within 4 miles of our home, with shopping for every imaginable taste or price range - including one of the largest shopping malls in the US. We wish to exchange cars with the house.

Grapevine, location of our Texas home, is a vibrant community with many restaurants, one of the largest malls in the US, and various festivals celebrating Texas' vineyards. Although Texas gets quite hot in the summer (we are completely air conditioned), the spring has moderate temperatures, and September is very comfortable. The area has several world-class museums, excellent theatre, opera and concerts, as well as many modern music venues (including country-western, of course). Grapevine Lake has boating, water skiing and fishing only 15 minutes away. There are many excellent golf courses, and all professional sports are represented in the DFW area.
