La planta baja dispone del salón, comedor, cocina y un aseo con ducha. La primera planta tiene 2 dormitorios dobles y un cuarto de baño y la tercera planta , el dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio y aseo con ducha.

La casa está en un pueblo a orilla del Mar Menor. Además de playa y sol la mayor parte del año, tiene la facilicidad para la práctica de deportes naúticos, buceo en Cabo de Palos y numerosos campos de golf muy próximos, la zona ofrece parajes naturales como el Parque de Calblanque, el arte y la cultura de Cartagena (20' en coche) y Murcia (30') así como festivales internacionales de música como el de de Jazz de San Javier (julio), La Mar de Músicas de Cartagena (julio) y El Cante de las Minas.
La ciudad de Alicante está a 50' en coche.
Lamentamos no poder aceptar invitados por menos de una semana.
Es posible disponer de persona para la limpieza en caso de que se prefiera así.
En caso de recibir a alguien por puntos, pediremos la misma cantidad de dinero que el invitado pide en su perfil en concepto de limpieza o entrega de llaves y recepción si este fuera el caso.
Our home is in a typical and small town by the Mar Menor seaside. Besides sun and beach to be enjoyed most of the year, It is easy to practise many water sports, diving in Cabo de Palos, golf all around.
There are beautiful and wild coastal and inland landscapes like Calblanque or Salto del Usero. The biggest salt cave in Europe is a1 our trip.
It is 20' drive from the Ancient city of Cartagena and 30' from Murcia capital with an interesting art and culture activity.
International music events, Jazz in S. Javier, Cante de las Minas, pure flamenco, and Mar de Músicas in Cartagena.
Easter is very special here as well as the Carthago and Roman festival.
Just ask us and we'll give you all the information you like.
Alicante airport is 50' drive and Corvera airport, 30' drive.
It is possible to call our cleaner lady if you prefer so.
For those guests who ask for a cleaning fee or another type of fee in their profiles, we would like to ask for the same quantity.
We are happy to leave our home ready for you. The only thing is that as we live far away, we need your stay to be a minimun of a week.
Anyhow, don't hesitate to make any suggestions. We are open and looking forward to new experiences.
