Enjoy a light-filled living space with high ceilings and large windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The well-stocked kitchen is a dream for food lovers and home chefs, equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast. If you love staying active, you'll appreciate the Peloton bike and weights available for your use.
Step outside to the shared garden, complete with a BBQ and hammock. It's perfect for relaxing on sunny afternoons. From the bedroom, wake up to a stunning view of the Space Needle, a true Seattle icon.

- Guest Age Requirement: All guests must be at least 21 years old, with a strong preference for guests aged 25 and older.
- Occupancy Limit: A maximum of 4 guests may stay in the apartment at any given time. No additional short-term visitors are permitted or gatherings greater than 4 people.
- Noise and Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed from 8 AM to 10 PM. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels both inside the apartment and in shared building spaces.
- Building Etiquette: As this is a residential community, guests must follow all building rules and regulations, including respecting common areas and minimizing disturbances.
