Welcome to our charming retreat on Orlebar Street, nestled in the heart of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island!
This delightful 3-bedroom, 1-bath home offers a peaceful escape with lush greenery and a convenient location, just a short walk to the vibrant downtown area, the picturesque waterfront and 20 minutes from the beach!
Step into a cozy and inviting ambiance as you enter our home. The living room is adorned with comfortable furnishings and lush greenery, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island. Streaming services are available on the smart TV for entertainment, and high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay.
Brand new heat pumps have recently been installed on all three levels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your morning coffee from the provided coffee maker and the dining area offers a welcoming space to share meals together, with a view out of the patio doors which lead to your private backyard with comfortable patio furniture.
Bedrooms:
Two bedrooms upstairs boast a plush queen-sized bed in the first, and a memory foam topped single bed in the second. Downstairs you will find a spacious bedroom, offering a cozy double bed, dedicated workspace, and small home gym. The living room has two large sofas.
Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside into the backyard oasis, where you can relax on the patio furniture while soaking up the island's tranquility. Feel free to grill on our 4 burner BBQ! Unwind in the evenings around the cast iron firepit with complimentary firewood, creating the perfect ambiance for cozy gatherings under the stars.

Downstairs you will find a top-of-the-line treadmill, yoga mats, and free-weights.

Our home is located just steps away from Orlebar Park, which offers ample green space, play equipment, and a 1km fitness track. The park also provides direct access to the Confederation Trail, a scenic walking and biking trail that stretches across Prince Edward Island.
Additionally, we're situated at the top of the downtown area, referred to as "North of Euston Street," meaning you'll be just a 10-15 minute scenic walk from most shops and sightseeing areas. A beautiful 20-minute walk will take you all the way down to the waterfront, where you can enjoy stunning views and relax by the water.

* MOBILITY: Our property features a narrow staircase leading upstairs and downstairs. While this isn't typically a concern for most guests, we want to highlight that it may pose a challenge for older guests or those with mobility issues. If you have any concerns or specific accessibility requirements, please don't hesitate to reach out to us prior to booking!
