Vad du kommer att gilla med hemmet
We are offering here our Double Country Home located on the slopes of the Lower Galilee hills in Ilaniya (Moshav). Our home was recently renovated and split into two separate units on 2 levels each 100 Sq. meters in size.
The lower floor on the Olive Grove Level is our primary home, the upper floor on Street Level is our secondary home, both have separate gardens and private entrances located on opposite sides of the house. Together they form a double home, with an inside connecting stairway. Both of these units are listed separately on Home Exchange, yet at some dates we can offer them both together, each fully equipped with all the utilities and amenities listed, making this Double Home suitable for 2 families, 4-5 couples, or a family with up to 6 children.
The primary residence (Olive Grove Level) downstairs has 2 bedrooms, an open space with a fully equipped spacious modern kitchen, dining area for 8-10, and a living area with a comfortable recliner sofa. Also on this floor is a shower room with a toilet, a second toilet room, a laundry niche and a dedicated workspace with internet. At the front door entrance you will be welcomed by a charming restful patio in front of the dipping pond, the large pergola and close to our private parking area.
The secondary residence (Street Level) upstairs, is the same size, yet has a smaller open space for the kitchen, a dining area with a table for 8-10 and a cozy living room with a put up sofa for two. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 dedicated work spaces, a bathroom with a toilet and a second toilet room. This fully equipped floor is listed and available most of the year as it is our secondary home. There is a connecting stairway between both floors which has a lockable door at the lower level, and is kept open only if and when both floors are exchanged to one party. The upper level is on street level where parking is possible, yet our private parking is on the lower side down by the Olive Grove Level. This upper level has a sunny garden and an entrance porch, plenty of sunshine, amazing sunrises and beautiful panoramic views facing South East.
Our Country home in Moshav Ilaniya, sits on an acre of agricultural land surrounded by an olive tree grove, an orchard of figs, pomegranates, apples, citrus fruits, loquats, and vine. From winter to early summer the garden blossoms with wild protected flowers and succulents. We are blessed with quite a magical view from our heightened garden and terraces shading over a small dipping pond with calming sounds of the waterfall. We love the tranquility and the privacy we have here. The enormous garden has a place to relax on the lawn, swing on the swinging bench, enjoy some garden herb tea while overlooking the orchard and fields below. We have a seating area to dine outdoors under the large pergola.

Vad du kommer att gilla med grannskapet
Ilaniya is located right off the Jesus Trail, between Nazareth and Tiberius, quite close to Tzipori's archeological site on the West and Kafar Nahum, Arbel, Karney Hitim, Migdal on the East. All these places are all within a 15-30 minutes drive. There are plenty more historical sites and gorgeous nature in the area, Tiberius on the banks of the Sea of Galilee, Migdala and the Jordan River Valley are only 35 minutes away, and The baptismal site of Yardenit is located on a serene portion of the Jordan River where it flows southward out of the Sea of Galilee. Mount Tabor is 15 minutes by car, and a 20 minute drive up the mountain where you can see a full panoramic view of the Lower Galilee and visit the majestic Church of the Transfiguration. Kfar Tabor, the village below the mountain- is where you will find a lovely winery, a café, a few restaurants and a large shopping center with all you need. You can explore further out within 1-1.5 hours drive at most to Haifa, Acre, Zefat, Rosh Pina village, Agamon Hula lake nature sanctuary, the old winery town Zichron Yaakov on the Carmel mountains, Golan Heights and many more nature and historical sites around.

There is a cleaning fee of 90 Euros to be paid in cash upon arrival. This fee is for up to 8 guests. There is an extra 10 Euros for each double set of linen and 2 more towels for more than 8 guests.
