We live in a cozy family home surrounded by beautiful mature trees on a peaceful one acre property just 10 minutes from Charlottetown. Our house is bright and welcoming, with an open-concept kitchen featuring a spacious granite island that’s perfect for family meals and gatherings. The dining room, filled with natural light, opens onto a large 12 x 35 ft deck overlooking our private backyard—an ideal spot for relaxing while watching the kids play.

Inside, our home is designed for both comfort and functionality, with a split layout offering a spacious master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, and a modern full bathroom upstairs. Downstairs, we enjoy a large family room where we spend time together, a fourth bedroom, a second bathroom, and plenty of storage. To keep our home energy efficient and comfortable year-round, we have two heat pumps and solar panels.

Our backyard is one of our favorite places—it’s peaceful, with a play area for Martin and plenty of space for Milo to roam. We love spending time outdoors, whether it’s relaxing on the deck, tending to the garden, or enjoying evenings around the fire pit.

We live in Harrington, a peaceful and family-friendly community just 10 minutes north of Charlottetown. Our location offers the perfect blend of rural tranquility and urban convenience. We’re also fortunate to be close to Prince Edward Island National Park, with its beautiful beaches and natural landscapes just a short drive away. This proximity allows us to easily enjoy the park's recreational opportunities and the stunning north shore beaches. Our neighborhood is surrounded by nature, with mature trees and open spaces creating a calming atmosphere. Despite the serenity, we’re close to essential amenities, schools, and local attractions, making it an ideal place for raising a family. We love the sense of space, the fresh air, and the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities right at our doorstep.
