“Green Nineteen” is a fully air-conditioned coastal golf cottage, with deeded beach access and a 7-person hot tub, located just beyond the 5th green of the scenic Countryview Golf Course in Fairview, PEI. Minutes from the Town of Cornwall (grocery and liquor stores) and only 20 minutes from the capital city of Charlottetown. Perfect for families, couples, groups or golf enthusiasts looking for an Island getaway.
MAIN COTTAGE (sleeps 10):
The main cottage features 3 spacious and well-appointed bedrooms and two pull-out sofas—2 queen bedrooms and a living-room pull-out on the main floor; 1 king bedroom and a lounge pull-out on the upper floor. The king bedroom has a walk-in closet and private balcony with ensuite access to the upper floor full bath. In total, there are 2 1/2 washrooms on the property— a full bath on the upper floor, a 1/2 bath with washer and dryer on the main floor, and a fully enclosed full bath outdoors (yes, with hot water!!).
The cottage has a fully stocked chef's kitchen with basic pantry essentials to get you started (tea, coffee, sweeteners, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, cooking sprays and spices). There is an amazing lounge area upstairs with a glass deck overlooking the 5th green of Countryview Golf Course (it even has a built-in ice maker!). There are three Amazon Fire TVs in the cottage (Netflix, Disney and Bell Vibe subscriptions provided).
Outside features a wrap around deck with lots of seating, propane BBQ, wooded seating and hammock area, and a very private hot tub! There is also a fire pit for evening bonfires and a propane lobster/mussel pot to cook seafood outside—for the full East Coast experience!
