Vad du kommer att gilla med hemmet

Our home is out of town, overlooking Lake Ōkareka, a really beautiful spot. We are up a short but steep drive, shared with the neighbouring house. We have two good sized bedrooms each with a bathroom, and a lovely open living and kitchen space. Both bedrooms have king size beds, and one room also has a single bed. We have quite a simple set up but plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying the environment. As we are in a quiet spot with neighbours close by this is a house for relaxation rather than partying.

Vad du kommer att gilla med grannskapet

We look out over the lake, which is beautiful for swimming, paddle boarding and walks. We are close to the Redwoods, with walks and cycle tracks, and near Rotorua with many tourist activities. You will need a car - and if you have a big van or vehicle there is a spot to park at the bottom of the drive (and not much room at the top!)

Övrigt

Our house is a lovely place to stay for adults and older kids but as we have steep drops and uneven areas in the garden it is not ideal for little ones - we also have white couches and carpet!
We are a non-smoking property and prefer no shoes indoors.
