Vad du kommer att gilla med hemmet

Our brand new house (completed in 2024) is in the center of town, walking distance to everything Nosara/Playa Guiones has to offer. You can walk in bare feet (about 400 yards, half of which is on the street, the other half is through the jungle through the community access/trail system to the beach) to the famous guiones beach break, and it is only about 8 minutes through a jungle trail to bodhi tree for Yoga. There are four parallel streets that come off the highway that leads in and out of Guiones, ours is the only one with no parking lot at the beach access, so it tends to be the quietest in terms of traffic, but it is in the middle of the three streets that have restaurants. Everything is a short walk!

We have a private pool, outdoor shower, surf rack, off street locked parking, covered outdoor areas, and laundry machines.

There are two master bedrooms, each with king size bedrooms. The other two bedrooms have 2 twin XL beds that can be made into king size beds if that is better for your group. All four bedrooms have desks/private workspaces in case anyone needs to tackle a few work emails while away on vacation. On that note, we have very solid internet, fiber optic, backed up by Starlink, along with a commercial grade wifi mesh network.

Our house is in the center of town, walking distance to everything in Playa Guiones. We selected both "city" and "seaside" as our criteria because we are in the center of the surf town called Nosara/Playa Guiones, but Nosara is not a big city, it is a surf/yoga town with a great jungle vibe. We could not be in more of the center of it. The noisier and busier part (none of Nosara is super noisy- it is not a party town) is on the north end of town.

Our calendar is up to date and it is correct that it is only available for a few weeks in 2025, mid august into the first week of september.
