It features hardwood flooring, updated appliances, newer carpeting, gas fireplace, generously sized bedrooms, spacious master suite, and a laundry room with utility sink.
This home has a great location with easy access to parks, shopping, restaurants and trails.
Eco upgrades include triple charcoal air filter system for entire home, reverse osmosis system for kitchen water, long-life LED upgrades to all lights in home, and dimmer switches for your convenience.
Enjoy a remodeled kitchen with white cabinets, metal back-splash, an upgraded sink, and water efficient appliances.
The master bathroom has also been upgraded with a water efficient toilet & shower.

Two grocery stores, several restaurants and several bar's are within a 10-minute walk. And shopping, events and many many more bars and restaurants are within a 5-minute bicycle or car ride away.
Bozeman features an abundance of micro breweries and distilleries as well.
A free city bus line will get you to any area of town, and a bus stop is a one-minute walk away.
Our neighborhood surrounds a large common park where neighbors run their dogs, visit and tend community garden plots, so we know our neighbors!
They're friendly and like to meet new people, so if you see them out on a walk feel free to introduce yourselves and ask them if you have any questions.
A 10-minute drive in any direction puts you in the countryside of the Gallatin Valley, which is rimmed by the Bridger, Gallatin, Madison and Tobacco Root mountain ranges, with an abundance of Forest Service hiking trails, fishing and mountain biking.
On trails you may encounter Mule Deer, Elk, Moose and Grouse. You may see a Black Bear in the distance, but they're very shy.
(One thing you won't encounter are Grizzly Bears, as there are none in our vicinity.)
In the Summer visit nearby Yellowstone National Park which is just an hour's drive away through the beautiful Paradise Valley. Here you may also see Elk, Bison, Coyotes, Wolves and Big Horn Sheep - and
geysers galore, including Old Faithful!
Visit the Montana Grizzly Encounter, Museum of the Rockies or the local rodeo. And for the adventurous, there's kayaking, rafting and zip-lining.
In the Winter you can ski and snowboard at Bridger Bowl, or the country's largest ski resort, Big Sky.
And at the end of the day you can unwind at Bozeman, Chico or Norris Hot Springs.

In the Winter take our snowshoes to Cross Cut Ranch for groomed trails, or on the Forest Service roads for a more rugged adventure.
My 2008 Dodge RAM 4 wheel drive work truck, and Lisa's 2015 Toyota Camry are also available for an additional charge.
