Nestled in a tranquil 14-unit building, our condo offers a peaceful retreat in vibrant Puerto Vallarta. Guests will love the spacious, well-appointed interior and amazing ocean views. With convenient elevator access, heated pool, and serene atmosphere, it's perfect for romantic getaways or quiet escapes, free from wild parties.

Our condo is located in the highly sought-after Amapas neighborhood, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Just a 10-minute stroll away lies the vibrant Romantic Zone, brimming with an array of restaurants, lively music venues, and the famed beach clubs of Los Muertos Beach. Enjoy the best of both worlds with serene surroundings and easy access to the heart of the city's entertainment and nightlife.

Rest well in the 2 bedrooms, each with comfortable king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. Primary bathroom is equipped with an oversized jacuzzi tub.
Cook meals with ease in our well-equipped kitchen, including a full-size fridge with purified water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, 6-burner stove, microwave, wine cooler, and all the cookware and utensils you might need.
Laundry is quick and easy with an in-unit laundry room, complete with two sets of washers and dryers for the ultimate in convenience.

- Our building has 2 guest parking spots that are almost always available. Our dedicated parking spot is sometimes available.
- Full gym located at the boutique hotel next door. Price is 200 pesos (Appx $11 US) per week. 500 pesos (Appx $25 US) per month.
- 3rd bathroom next to the living area
- High-speed Wi-Fi; appx 300 Mbps. eero WiFi extenders, ensuring adequate speed throughout condo.
- Purified water.
- X-box game console in guest room.
