Estupendo apartamento con terraza de 30 m2 , reformado con 2 habitaciones y 2 baños y plaza de garaje. Muy luminoso. Está situado en una primera planta y dispone de plaza de garaje. Consta de de dos dormitorios, dos baños completos, salón comedor y una preciosa cocina office y una estupenda terraza de 30 m2
Lo que más destaco de la casa son los amplios espacios pensados para compartir con familia y amigos: salón con sofá en torno a la tv ,la cocina con office y una estupenda terraza con mesa comedor para alargar las sobremesas tanto como quieras....
El dormitorio principal es muy espacioso y con cama de matrimonio. Dispone de otra habitación muy espaciosa con dos camas cada una individuales de 90
Cocina totalmente equipada (vitro-cerámica, horno, lava-vajillas, lavadora, frigorífico y congelador, menaje de cocina) y mesa comedor para 4 personas.
La casa la suelo alquilar como Vivienda turística en distintas temporadas, por lo que esta pensada para que la estancia sea lo más cómoda posible
Great apartment with a 30 m2 terrace, renovated with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a garage. Very bright. It is located on the first floor and has a parking space. It consists of two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living-dining room and a beautiful kitchen and a wonderful 30 m2 terrace.
What stands out most about the house are the large spaces designed to share with family and friends: living room with a sofa around the TV, the kitchen with an office and a wonderful terrace with a dining table to extend the after-dinner meals as long as you want....
The master bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed. It has another very spacious room with two single beds each of 90
Fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, kitchen utensils) and dining table for 4 people.
I usually rent the house as a tourist home in different seasons, so it is designed to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
