Large top floor apartment in Sydney’s amazing Surry Hills. The first floor has a large 8m x 5m open plan living and dining area with access to your own sunny covered balcony. There is a bathroom and laundry off the main hallway with a walk in shower.
Upstairs you will find a study with a standing desk, and beyond that a large 5m x 5m bedroom with another bathroom with a bath and skylight. The study and bedroom have direct access to another large balcony filled with plants including herbs for your cooking - and open to the sky with city views.
Amazingly for the location it's quiet as the bedrooms face west away from the main road. Free kids playground just around the corner.
