Welcome to our cozy 2-room apartment situated on the second floor of a well-maintained and tranquil 5-party house in Cologne!
Furnishing
The apartment features two spacious rooms, a kitchen, hallway, bathroom, a guest toilet, and a balcony. Adding to the warmth, real wood parquet graces certain areas. Additionally, a separate cellar room is included for extra storage.
In the apartment, an array of books awaits discovery, accompanied by a diverse collection of musical instruments such as a piano, guitar, cajon, and an electric two-manual organ, allowing you to enjoy and create your own musical experiences.
The spacious and very bright living room with many windows is equipped with two large working spaces.
The neighbors and the nearby street are very quiet, which offers you a lot of relaxation and/or working opportunities.
We take pleasure in cooking, providing a variety of ingredients for you to create your own meals at your convenience.
