With a private swimming pool overlooking the tranquil riverfront and a sprawling indigenous garden, nature enthusiasts will find themselves in paradise. If you're an art enthusiast or a creative soul, our dedicated creative space is sure to inspire your.

Upstairs, you'll find the main bedroom with its ensuite bathroom, providing a private and peaceful retreat. Additionally, there's a smaller room suitable for a single person or child, complete with its own bathroom.
We charge a R500 cash cleaning fee at the end of your stay. Our housekeeper is also available during your stay for R500.
The open-plan dining and kitchen area is a highlight of the house, featuring an excellently appointed kitchen and an indoor BBQ for those who love to grill and dine indoors.
A large 8 seater table offers dining for 8.
The second unit, located on the ground level, is a complete apartment. This separate and self-contained space is perfect for those who value their personal space and privacy. It has a small kitchenette and little court yard that opens up on the swimming pool.
At the River House, you can embrace eco-friendliness with solar power, ensuring you'll never be affected by load shedding. Your peace of mind is a priority, as we offer secure parking and armed response, although the tranquil town of Caledon is known for its safety and tight-knit community.
It's important to note that the River House may not be well-suited for very young children due to certain safety considerations. The unprotected staircase, swimming pool, and riverfront pose potential risks for young children. Therefore, families with toddlers or very young children should take these factors into account when considering the suitability of the accommodation. The house is better suited for older children and adults who can safely navigate these features.
