This single-story desert getaway located in NW Tucson boasts breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset over the nearby mountain landscape. It sits near the main house on 2.5 acres, but has its own private driveway entrance, single-car garage, and fenced in backyard. Explore the nearby walking trails, gaze at the stunning star-lit nights, and experience the native desert life.
The home is furnished with a luxury king-sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sized La-Z-Boy sofa bed in the living room. The large dining space sits adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen that includes all of the essential utensils, pots, pans, spices, coffee maker, toaster, full size oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
Need to “work-from-home?” Enjoy our custom hand built desk, free high speed internet, and quiet surroundings.

The casita is located driving distance to town as well as Saguaro National Park, Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, University of Arizona, golfing, casinos, hiking, biking, horseback riding, and much more!

This casita is also an active listing on Airbnb and VRBO. We use a professional cleaning crew to prepare the home for the next guest. We do ask for a non-refundable $150 cleaning fee to cover the cost of the cleaning crew.
