A recently renovated and independent apartment ( 45 mq ) with a big veranda ( 30 mq ).
just 3 minutes walking from the nearest swimming spot and 10 from the historical center. A bright space , located in a quiet residential area with free parking nearby, it is just the perfect place for your holidays and remote working: a practical kitchen corner, air conditioning, high speed Wi-fi, Smart TV. It's at the 3rd floor without elevator.
It is a holiday apartment but with everything you need, there is a double bedroom and a living room with kitchenette with two sofa beds, ideal for a couple or a family for a couple of days. There is also a camping bed for children but being on the third floor without a lift, carrying children by arm is not comfortable.

The Veranda Apartment is located in the southern part of Alghero, Calabona district, just besides the Carlos V Hotel. The seafront and the promenade to the historical center are nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
In just few steps you can reach some little beaches and the city cliffs and the beach club ''Riservato'' as well as bars and restaurants on the promenade Lungomare Valencia.
Parking is free in the area and most of the time it is easy to find one.

Very Important: we are not always present so we commission a company to clean the apartment and ask for a contribution of 50 euros for each guest change.
If we are not present you can self check-in: the keys are in a safe hanging on the driveway gate next to the entrance door and we will send you the code via message before arrival.
We ask you to check out by 10:00 and place the keys in the safe.
The apartment has significantly improved energy savings with the change of windows, heat pump for heating and cooling domestic water and photovoltaic panels.
Alghero is a small town and it is really easy to visit it simply by walking. During the summer period there are numerous buses that take you to the main beaches and attractions of the north-western coast of Sardinia. There's also plenty of bike, scooter and car rental to suit all budgets.
The airport is about 13km away and the Porto Torres Ferry Terminal is about 40km away. From the airport to the city center there is a bus every hour.
