My home is my sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of a busy life. I’ve invested in my property over the years and have extended it in size to accommodate 3 large bedrooms (each with double beds and private bathroom), a lovely relaxing living room, and a beautiful inviting kitchen that’s the heart of my home. My garden is an extra delightful space – a zen den where I can relax and unwind and be at ease. I take pride in my home and keep it in top condition for myself and my guests.

Have you ever dreamt of watching the sun go down on Galway Bay in Ireland? Well, where I live, in Barna, Galway on the west coast of Ireland… I’m lucky enough to get to do that every day of the year :-)
Barna is a coastal village that’s located just a stone’s throw from Galway City (about 15 minutes by car or by bus) and on the doorstep to Connemara – a place of legend, folklore and profound beauty. Across the road from my home is the majestic Atlantic Ocean offering stunning views of Galway Bay, the Aran Islands, and the Burren in Co. Clare. This beautiful vista on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way greets me every day and never fails to excite and awe me.
Within walking distance of my home are excellent Blue Flag bathing beaches and a village with a myriad of amenities. For golf enthusiasts, you can play a round of golf at Barna Golf Club overlooking the breathtaking views of the bay. Horseriding and windsurfing are nearby options, and Barna village is about 10 minutes away on foot, with shops, cafes, and restaurants galore. Look no further than the following eateries for award-winning Irish and international cuisines: O’Grady’s on the Pier seafood restaurant, Donnelly’s of Barna, The Twelve, and Hooked. And after you’ve satisfied your appetite, all that’s left to do is to find a spot at the pier or on the beach and watch the sun go down….I look forward to welcoming you to my world and a memorable experience in Ireland :-)
