Vad du kommer att gilla med hemmet
Our home, built in 1904, served as an Inn for many years as it sits 500 meters from a thermal bath which is famous for its healing properties. It was recently renovated into a large single-family home. We have spent the last 2 years updating every room including restoring hardwood floors, and stylish wallpaper and renewing the 26 square meter terrace. The large windows provide a lot of light.
The house includes 2 full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, a large bbq grill, high-speed internet, and more.
The ground floor is a large living space, a kitchen, and a utility room.
The first floor consists of a large bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm), an office, a large bathroom (no bathtub), and a laundry room.
The second floor includes a small bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), a regular bathroom (no bathtub), and a very large room (studio type) with a futon (140cm), a living space with a couch, a sink, fridge, and different appliances. No cooking device.
Our house has several floors with a beautiful and stylish staircase. Two skylights at the top provide some light.
We have a large covered patio (regular entrance), and an uncovered one at the front of the house. We also have a gazebo in the garden, and a covered parking space.
We are perfectly located to take advantage of all the skiing, hiking and history that can be found in the Hautes Pyrénées.

The farmer's market is in Capvern village on Friday evenings; the thermal baths are 200m from the house ; there are numerous hiking trails and walking paths throughout the neighborhood ; all services (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy...) are available 10mn from our house.
We grow our own vegetable garden, and have a lot of plants that will need care during your stay.

We are ideally situated to take advantage of our region, whether it be for hiking, skiing (N'py Ski resorts) or visiting the various historical sites of the Hautes Pyrenees (Pic du Midi / Gavarnie / Lourdes...). Everything is accessible within 90mn.
You can also get to the Atlantic coast or the Mediterranean Coast in 2 hours or go north to Toulouse in just over an hour.
Our area is well-known for its food and wine : you will have the opportunity to taste Black Pork, Duck, and Jurançon.
There are three airports in the area : Toulouse (1h15mn), Tarbes-Lourdes (30mn) and Pau (1h)
