We are inviting you to experience a garden home in this small piece of Paradise. Enjoy more outdoor space in the new gazebo and take shower at the backyard in the forest. Wake up to the song of native birds and see the Lava in the night just 5 min away. Enjoy the romantic feel of a forest cottage in tropical settings surrounded by rainforest and hapu’u ferns, away from the city and yet, close to the Highway, Volcano Village, local restaurants, winery, arts and crafts and a Golf course.
There is a $230 fee for cleaning associated with each stay. Can be cash/venmo/Zelle/ PayPal - paid at the check in.

My home is five minutes drive to Hawaii Volcano National park.
Whether you are a solo traveller, couple, family or a small group, this is the perfect place for you. Having 2 full bathrooms is such a convenient thing to have especially when you are on a Hawaii vacation and not having to waste time waiting in line to use a bathroom.

There is a gorgeous Master suite that opens to an outside lanai with a relaxing swing, & a garden fountain and a comfortable Queen bed for a goodnight sleep after a day of sun and adventure.
Kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove and full size refrigerator and sink, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, Air fryer and basic supplies like coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Living room has 2 pullout couches ( full and twin) for additional sleeping area. Smart tv and spectrum Wifi are provided.
A New Gazebo with Swing is recently added
There is an outdoor ground patio where you can enjoy the cool, morning mountain weather and chilly nights.
The place will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your stay. There is a $230 cleaning charge is requested for professional housekeeping. Because this property is mainly used as a vacation rental, it is typically only available after 3pm on the day you arrive and you must depart by 10am on your last day. Sometimes we can be more flexible on those times.
If you cancel your stay less than 6 weeks prior to staying, we reserve the option to keep your points.
