This is the perfect family home! It is bright, spacious, and has an amazing view out of our large living room windows. This two-story mid-century modern home has two bedrooms upstairs, as well as a separate TV room. You can relax in the private bedroom downstairs with a beautiful spa-like bathroom. There are two queen beds and a bunkbed with twin mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped and looks out onto the backyard where you can have a lovely dinner and watch the kids jump on the large trampoline.

Though we are close to the highway, making traveling easy, our street is very quiet and relaxing up in the hills, with wonderful, helpful neighbors. It is very pleasant to walk around and pick fruits off of the many trees in the neighborhood. There is a beautiful park with a playground, many hiking trails, and plenty of wildlife within walking distance. There is a bus stop at the end of the street and the BART train is a 20 minute walk away that can take you into San Francisco or to Berkeley. There are beautiful views everywhere you look!
