Vad du kommer att gilla med hemmet
We love living "close to nature" all four seasons! We love the contrast between exploring, being active in a variety of outdoor adventures (downhill skiing, biking, downhill biking, trekking) and then relax while enjoying the mountain views.
We dine in or go out for dinner, enjoying the night life in Åre (once in a while.. if we are not to tired)
The apartment is modern, yet cosy (at least that´s our feeling:). It's i 75 sqm with a spacious open kitchen/living room with a big, comfy soffa, 3 bedrooms (with two tiny work desks). Sauna, fireplace and two balconies. Build 2021.
We simply love the place and just can't get enough of Åre/Tegefjäll!

Vad du kommer att gilla med grannskapet
We enjoy all the adventures starting just outside our door! We have 350 meters to the ski lifts and a 10 minutes’ walk to the lake - for swimming and fishing. We appreciate the tranquility of the area and Åre, just 5 km away, with shops, restaurants and nightlife and famous Apres-ski.

Skiing:
350m to the local ski lifts Mini Tege and Tegeliften - in the alpine ski area Tegefjäll-Duved.
8 minutes (5km) to Swedens largest alpine ski area in Åre
7 minutes (4km) to the cross-country center in Duved. Miles of trails in the mountains and on the lake.
The local buss or the ski buss takes you to the center of Åre, in 8 minutes (5km).
The area has so much to offer, not limited just to winter sports. Summer activities such as hiking, biking, canyoning are all available.
