Vad du kommer att gilla med hemmet
Typical modern house in old-Dutch style (built in 2014) very comfortable in the Hague (Netherlands). 5 sleeping rooms (+1 that we usually keep close for our personal things), 3 bathrooms and 4 WC in the center of the Hague and 5km from the beach. The house has 4 levels (as typical Dutch houses), each with WC.
GROUND FLOOR:living room and open kitchen, toilet
1st FLOOR : 1 bedroom with double bed 160, 1 bedroom (not accessible), 1 bathroom with washing machine, 1 separate WC
2nd FLOOR 3 bedrooms with respectively sofa bed 140, double bed 160 and double bed 160, 1 bathroom with WC. 2 of the bedrooms are quite small (8 and 9 m2)
3rd FLOOR: studio with small kitchenette, bathroom and terrasse 20m2.
WIFI included.
The house is located centrally (10 min from central train station) in a residential, real quiet neighbourhood.
BIKE
There a plenty of cycle lanes (more cycle lanes than roads in the Netherlands!!!) so there are plenty of possibilities for cycling in the dunes, in the forest, in the city to discover the amazing museum and activies in the Hague.
BEACHES
The sandy beaches are really nice, you can have the wild ones only accessible by bike and the more standard ones with nice restaurants and life.
OTHER CITIES closeby
Amsterdam, Leiden, Delft, Harlem, Utrecht are all accessible in less than an hour by train.
PARKING
We have a parking place on a private parking ground for guests (a second one might be possible, please ask in advance).
TELEWORKING
There are 2 big desks and screens to work remotely if needed.
We only exchange our house or rent it in exchange for GP for minimum one week, preferably 2

Quiet neighbourhood close to everything: museum, beach, train station (to have daily trips to Delft, Amsterdam, Rotterdam...) with the train, the car, the bike. Ideally located to visit the Netherlands.
Please note that the Hague is a big city (more than 500.000 inhabitants) but is considered as the "biggest village in Europe" for its life quality.
