A recently renovated very spacious cosy and fun house with an island in the luxury kitchen with bar. Other highlights are the two bathrooms, four bedrooms, garden and two balconies with lounge set, BBQ, dining table and hammock. One bathroom has a bath and shower and the other bathroom has a spacious rain shower. The living and dining room on the ground floor is one big beautiful open space with a view on a nice garden. There is a toilet downstairs. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a closet room, and a terrace. On the 2nd floor there are two large bedrooms, a bathroom, small kitchen with fridge, and a balcony. We live her with two daughters and there are a lot of toys and games.

The house is located in Haarlem, the oldest city in the Netherlands. Haarlem is popular with tourists as it is located between Amsterdam (15 minutes train ride) and the beach, won many awards for its beautiful old city centre, and is surrounded by forest and great beaches. It is very close to Amsterdam airport. The neighbourhood is a spacious and green family friendly neighbourhood with a great coffee place and baker in the street. Supermarket around the corner. 10 minutes walking distance from a large shopping street. Just 2km from the main train station and the beautiful old city centre and a 30 minute bike ride from a variety of popular beach places. Parking is free and you can park in front of the house.
