Vad du kommer att gilla med hemmet
This condo is on the second floor in a 6 unit building. Peek a boo views of the lake make the front deck a great place to hang out in the evening. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus a secondary living area in the loft. Upstairs, the bedroom has a King sized bed. Downstairs, one bedroom has a queen, and the other has twin sized bunk beds. Quiet, and far away from the road this condo is quiet and relaxing. If you love to ski we are less than 5 minutes from two of Heavenly's Nevada side lodges. We even have shuttle that will pick you up from the parking lot and take you to the lodges, and then return you at the end of the day. We are about a ten minute drive from downtown South Lake Tahoe with all of its Casino's and restaurants etc. No matter the season there is always something to do in Tahoe! FYI We primarily rent out our place on AirBnb so it must be professionally cleaned in between stays. We ask anyone doing an exchange to venmo us the $175 to pay the cleaner. FYI, we prioritize the airbnb guests and do not sync this calendar. We are usually fully booked on holidays and during the busy ski season.
