Welcome to My amazing Remodeled, 1960's Condo!
Beautiful marble counter tops and new wood floors! This peaceful condo is in the Heart of Oakland. You can walk to Midtown, Wholefoods, and Lake Merritt.
Easy access to to all the highways and Bart stations.
Hop on a bike or scooter and you are quickly on Lake shore ave, Grand lake ave, or Piedmont ave.
Grab a coffee and hit the Grand Lake Farmers Market or a bottle of wine and lounge on the patio to watch the sun set!
This is my home, I will have the Condo professional cleaned before you arrive. There will be normal signs that someone lives here permanently.
The benefits of that is, you will have all the cooking supplies and condiments you need. A large work area with consistent WIFI at the dinning table and tons of beautiful natural light. You will have plenty of blankets, pillows like the comfort of your own home!
