It's proximity to town centre
Good sized garden
Parking. It's a family home in a quiet estate. It is an older house but comfortable and recently renovated. Great location to discover Kilkenny. Also to note we have a cat and a dog but dog will be in kennels during stay
It is very much a family home and not hotel standard , it is comfortable and cosy and lived in. It was originally built in mid 60s and we renovated it in 2022 so it is warm and modern on the inside . The outside is still a work in progress but there is a big garden and plenty of parking space . We love our home and our neighbourhood is very safe.
There are plenty of toys for the children and space to play outside.
We have 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. It is a family home so 2 of the bedrooms are children’s bedrooms.
Downstairs there is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. We have a good size garden both front and back.
There is many toys in our home including games console and smart tv..

We are in a quiet neighbourhood less then 10 minutes walk from Kilkenny Town centre. Close to all conveniences
Kilkenny is 1 hour and 20 minutes from Dublin airport, 2 hours from cork airport and approx an hour from Rosslare
We are also 40 minutes from the coastline so day trips to beaches are easily achieved.
Kilkenny is a medieval town with many local attractions such as Kilkenny castle, rothe house and St Canices tower.
A popular tourist town there are many things to see and do both for families and couples.
Kilkenny is filled with restaurants, pubs and cafes all within walking did from our house.
There are playgrounds close by and plenty of activities for both children and adults.

Kilkenny is a fantastic small medieval town in the sunny South East of Ireland. There is plenty of things to see and do and it's a town packed with restaurants and pubs. It’s a fantastic base to explore Ireland including places such as Dublin, Waterford, Wexford and many more.
To discover more of Ireland a car is advisable but there are many public transport links and our home is very close to the train station.
As we are a family we would love to exchange with another family
We are interested in European destinations especially France , Spain , Italy, Portugal but also consider Germany and Holland
