Our home is in Holladay, a well-established, safe, quiet suburb of Salt Lake City. We have lived here for over 30 years and never grow tired of walking the tree-lined streets with the magnificent Wasatch Mountains as our backdrop. Salt Lake City is an international hub for outdoor enthusiasts,. World-class skiing, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, kayaking, boating and more are within a short drive. Our accessibility to nature is unmatched.
When it's time to relax after a day of skiing or hiking, you'll enjoy the warmth of our front room fireplace, spacious kitchen and dining room, full access to popular movie channels and a variety of books to read. With 3 bathrooms, no one will need to wait for the shower or bath.
You'll have all the cookware, glassware, utensils and condiments you need to cook satisfying meals. The comfort of our beds will make you feel right at home. You can expect plenty of soft towels, linens, bedding and supplies. Privacy is ensured in every room, upstairs and down.
For small children, we have plenty of games and toys to hold their attention. When you need to shop, stores for everything you'll likely need are a short walk or drive away. Everything is set up for your rest and relaxation.

Our home is only 30 minutes from of the world-class ski resorts of Alta, Snowbird, Park City, and Deer Valley, and 20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City's top restaurants, entertainment centers, and sports venues: Eccles Broadway Theatre, featuring internationally acclaimed musical artists and touring groups: The Utah Symphony Orchestra (Abravanel Hall), Ballet West Utah Opera Company (Capitol Theatre), Utah Jazz professional basketball team (Vivint Smart Home Arena), and the unmatched sound of the Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square. During January, the Sundance Film Festival presents independent film screenings in Park City and Salt Lake area theatres. Tickets can be purchased in advance online.
Six university campuses are within a 40-mile drive: University of Utah, Westminster College, Brigham Young University (Provo, UT), Weber State University (Ogden), Salt Lake Community College, Utah Valley University (Orem). Freeway access in any direction is 3 minutes from our driveway.
Across the street is a spacious neighborhood park featuring a playground, sport court with basketball and pickle ball, picnic tables and swings for just sitting and enjoying the setting. Music in the Park concerts happen every Saturday evening from July through August.
Within one city block from our home are an impressive array of local restaurants: Sharon's Cafe for breakfast, Layla Mediterranean Grill, Caputo's Market and Deli, Taqueria 27, Copper Kitchen and Tony Burgers consistently receive excellent reviews.
3 Cups, Roxberry Juice, Leslie's French Pastries, Sweetaly, and the Food Truck park are popular with locals and well worth the short walk for tea and coffee, smoothies, gelato, pastry and pizza. In addition, a neighborhood grocery store, Harmon's, is a 5-minute walk.
