Vad du kommer att gilla med hemmet

A beautiful little house with garden in the historical and trendy neighborhood of Graça. It is an ancient building restored and transformed into a modern family house. On the ground floor there is 1 large open space room with kitchen and living room, a small wc and a reading room, like a winter garden. There is a little garden also, with an olive tree. On the first floor you can find 1 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; a single room with 2 beds; a closet and service room; and another bathroom with bathtub. In the attic there is a room with 3 single beds.
The decoration is modern, stylish and confortable. There are plenty of toys for your children to play with. There is plenty of sun light!

Our house is in Santa Engrácia / Graça, which is an historical and trendy neighborhood. As it is in Santa Engrácia area, it is preserved from the busy and noisy center of Graça, but still close enough to get the feeling of being in the historical centre. We love to live here because it has all the qualities of a residential area but it is close to streets and squares with nice restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and grocery stores. It is also very near major touristic spots as Panteão Nacional, Mosteiro (monastery) São Vicente de Fora, Feira da Ladra (one of the oldest flea market in Europe), Miradouro da Graça (viewpoint). It is also close to the rout of the 28 tram and the train station of Santa Apolónia is 10 minutes by foot (there is a metro station there). Less than 1 min by foot from out home there is a bus who can take you directly to Santa Apolónia station, Terreiro do Paço and Cais do Sodré.

We are interested mainly in reciprocal exchanges. Guest points only when it is mentioned on the calendar.

We have 2 cats, that can stay at the house or with friends.

We charge 65 € for cleaning in non-regiprocal exchanges.

Summer 2025: we are looking for an exchange in a capital city of Europe, for the 6 of us. The house must be suitable for 6 people and central. Surprise us!
