Unser Haus liegt sehr idyllisch, inmitten der Alpen, umgeben von Bergen und wunderschönen Badeseen auf einer Anhöhe über einer Kleinstadt. Lage sehr ruhig mit großem Garten. Haus ist in modernem Landhausstil mit viel Liebe eingerichtet,
das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz und Möglichkeiten. 2010 renoviert, große Räume, sonnendurchflutet.
Our Home is located very idyllic in the central of the Alps, sourrounded of many mountains and lakes. We live in a quiet neigborhood on a hill over a small city. A nice garden is around the house. We renovated the house in 2010. The rooms are very big and flooted with sunlight.
Unser Haus liegt sehr idyllisch, inmitten der Alpen, umgeben von Bergen und wunderschönen Badeseen auf einer Anhöhe über einer Kleinstadt. Lage sehr ruhig mit großem Garten. Haus ist in modernem Landhausstil mit viel Liebe eingerichtet,

Sehr ruhige Wohngegend, wunderschönes Bergpanorama. Umgeben von zahlreichen Badeseen, klasklar mit Trinkwasserqualität. Die Region zählt zum sanften Tourismus (sehr gastfreundlich), daher wird sehr viel geboten, auch bei Schlechtwetter. Der Sommer ist meist sehr heiß, fast mediterran. Es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für sportliche Betätigungen und auch die Kulinarik wird hier in Kärnten groß geschrieben. Wer zur Ruhe kommen möchte ist bei Bergwanderungen bestens aufgehoben, es gibt zahlreiche Touren - auch für Familien ausgerichtet. Ein Golfplatz ist ganz in der Nähe, mit direktem Ausblick auf Berg und See. Auch der höchste Berg Österreichs, der Großglockner ist nicht weit entfernt.… Nach Salzburg sind es 1,5 Autostunden, nach Italien/Slowenien nur 40 Minuten, das Meer ist ca. 2 Std. Fahrtzeit entfernt.
The Region counts to gentile tourism, the highest Mountain of Autriche, Großglockner is not far away. This region is one of the most beautiful regions of the alps, cause there are high mountains, but carinthia has also countless lakes to swim. They are so clear, that they has drink water quality. There are certain walking routes with different difficulties, also for families. We can give you a lot of beautiful hiking day trips.
I can highly recommend the sunrise hikes and at the evening you can take a sundowner at the Millstätter See.
A golf-Place is near, with outlook to mountains and Millstätter See. Even in bad weather, a lot is required, because we live in a region with gentile tourism. Culture and Cuisine has a big status in carinthia. The summer is hot and mediterran, but on the mountains it is enjoyable. There are certain possibilities for sport. Salzburg is 1,5 hours with the car, to Italy/Slowenia we need 40 minutes, the Mittelmeer is ca. 2 hours away.
