Vad du kommer att gilla med hemmet
A 3 storey home which is has been completely renovated and modernised from its original 400 year old structure yet still maintaining the olden Tuscan look. It is the ideal location to explore Tuscany. Residing on a large piece of land with a beautiful 12 metre pool and large patio outside the house.
Surrounded by a small amount of traditional Italian locals with regular festivals in the little village above the house.
It looks out over the Tuscan valleys with excellent hiking trails.
Our house is a 5 bedroom home with a large sitting room, dining room and kitchen as well as the third floor possessing small home gym with a weight set, bench press, crunch ab bench and exercise bike.
Five double bedrooms accompanied by ensuites, the 6th bedroom is a single room with an adjoining toilet and shower room.
We will only consider exchnage requests with people who have similar size houses (4 bedrooms - sleeps 8)
We do charge 13 euro per person for bed linen and towels.

Our house is located on Tuscan Umbria border, 30 minutes from the bustling Etruscan town of Cortona and a 90 minute train journey to Florence and Rome.
Siuated among the rolling hills, it is a very quiet village with one shop, church, community centre. A close drive away are supermarkets and restaurants.
Hikes to explore in the area or also time to just rest by the pool.
