Our home is in one of Prague's best and most well-connected areas. Just a 15-minute ride by public transport from iconic landmarks like Prague Castle and Old Town Square, yet it’s nestled in a peaceful, residential neighbourhood. The location offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquillity. Access is easy and hassle-free whether you’re arriving by car or public transport, including a direct bus from the airport. The unique combination of being close to major attractions while offering a calm, relaxing environment ensures that everyone will feel comfortable and at home here.
It's a terraced house with four above-ground floors and a basement, connected by a central staircase. The house is divided into four mini apartments. On the ground floor, there's a kitchen, a living room, a terrace, and a combined WC with a shower. The first floor features a children's room with a standard bed that can be single or double, a bedroom with a large, cozy bed, and a combined WC with a shower. The second floor has a guest room with a double bed, a separate WC, a bathroom with a bathtub and a sauna. The loft has a teenager's bedroom with one single and one double bed, a separate WC, and a mini-fridge. Underneath the house, there's a basement with a washer, a dryer, and technical/storage facilities. Running up many stairs is something you won't avoid in our house!
Our home was recently completely renovated, and we took great pride in doing much of the work ourselves, including tiling all the bathrooms. The interior is now fully completed, while the exterior is still a work in progress. Our garden is not designed for aesthetics but is functional, with vegetable and fruit beds and greenhouses. Depending on the season, we may ask for help watering and harvesting it. You’re welcome to enjoy and eat any produce you harvest!
