My relaxed luxury terrace home is a beautifully styled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the heart of Palmview’s Harmony Estate. Perfect for short - long stays, this fully furnished home offers a warm, modern retreat close to the best of the iconic UNESCO Biospehere of the Sunshine Coast.

The open-plan living and dining seamless flow to a covered outdoor area—ideal for morning coffee or evening wine.
The master suite features aircon, a queen bed, wall mounted smart TV, luxury ensuite and walk-in robe, while the two additional bedrooms offer build in robes, comfort and flexibility.
The main family bathroom features floor to ceiling tiles, walk in shower and separate toilet - perfect for families or those seeking extra space.
With air conditioning in the main lounge, HUGE couch, high speed broadband, dedicated laundry, robot vaccum / mop, secure double lockup remote garage and a private alfresco dining area, this home blends convenience with quiet comfort.
There's three smart TVs, the latest Xbox gaming system, bluetooth speakers in most rooms, board games, musical instruments, a small library of books.
Pets - my home has two permanent guests, so any guests would need to be aware of this.
1) Kaia - our sweet old dog who loves people. She has arthritis, so her walking schedule is fairly low key.
2) Karen the cat - also an elderly lady who is mostly blind. She sleeps, seeks out cuddles and hangs out in the front fenced courtyard.
