Spacious, comfortable and private home in the heart of Somerville, enough for the entire family and more.
Stepping into the house, you are welcomed by a host of tropical plants, and a welcoming living room. We are shoes off household, especially on the carpets. Feel free to watch TV (We have Netflix, Amazon Prime + HBO and sometimes Disney) on our recliners. Tons of Throw blankets to go around.
We do not have pets, so that is not an issue.
A Large spacious kitchen with an island that can accommodate 8 people in a lovely setting. There is also an extendable dining table if you'd like the kids or a group to have a quieter place to sit and eat away from the kitchen. I have pots and pans available, and can help you find the spice cabinets, and pantry staples.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a large En suite bedroom. This is adjacent to the dining room. There is also a half bath off of the kitchen with a sink and toilet.
On the second floor is the childrens bedroom And another bedroom. The Childrens bedroom has a Bunk and a Bean bag (converts to a queen bed). It has toys, and craft items and art supplies and tons of books for the child to keep entertained! The other bedroom has the coveted room of downtown Boston and is gorgeous at night! This is our favorite room of the house and has a standing desk + a queen bed.
this level has an office area with 3 desks + 4 monitors so you can WFH or get some space to do some focus work. Internet is fast and has supplies!
On the 3rd level is 2 more bedrooms - 1 with a full bed, and 1 with a twin bed. Provides privacy + space for a large family or group.
We have a large deck in the back that allows for the kids to run outside and play.
There is Private Parking for 2 cars. We have 2 cars that you could use (that is assuming we wont be using our primary car when you're using our house) One is a Lexus Hatchback (hybrid - easily gives 35-40 MPG) + Tesla Model 3 (Free supercharging + 265 Miles per charge).
We have a personal electric scooter that you can use + a bike membership that we may be able to offer for using while in town.

We live in Somerville, a short 15-20 min ride from the airport (I have actually timed it!), and close to Boston downtown and Cambridge, where all the sights and tourist spots are located - Harvard, Freedom Trail, Boston Commons, State House, Museum of Science, etc.
We dont want to move out of here because of how close Boston is to us!
We love going to Newbury street to eat some Santokku Ramen or to LA Burdick for some hot chocolate. All the popular spots on Instagram are quite close to get to with the transit or the bus! The Boston Common gardens are such a beautiful place to walk and enjoy some flowers and interesting trees!
Located between Green and Orange line trains, take the trains into the city or bike in with the Blue bikes on the dedicated bike lanes. This is a true walkers paradise - you can walk or take the transit everywhere. Lots of grocery stores close by, and restaurants too. There is plenty of shopping areas around in the neighboring Assembly Row and you may also find a farmers market or two close by depending on when you stop by.
