We are 35 minutes from the Salt Lake City airport. Our home is located near 15-20 minutes from American Fork Canyon, a stunning outdoor destination offering activities year-round. Enjoy the famous cave hike and Tibble Fork Reservoir, perfect for canoeing, paddleboarding, and picnicking. In the summer, explore breathtaking waterfall hikes, and in the winter, take advantage of being within 30 minutes to an hour of several world-class ski resorts. 35 minutes to Sundance ski resort. Alta ski resort 45 minutes. Snowbird ski resort 45 minutes. Solitude ski mountain resort 50 minutes. Park city mountain ski resort 1 hour. Whether you’re into outdoor adventures or simply relaxing amidst Utah’s natural beauty, our area has something for everyone!
Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, designed for both comfort and convenience. Located on the bottom level, this home offers easy access and a cozy atmosphere. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a master bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds and a crib.
Our 2nd bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. The 1-car garage provides direct access to the laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer. Just a short walk away, you’ll have access to the gym, pickleball courts and a seasonal pool.. perfect for relaxing or staying active during your stay. The pool, gym, and pickleball courts are exclusive to the residents of this neighborhood. It is free for you to use, and it is not open to the general public.
Our home is family friendly friendly, and childproofed for your peace of mind. We also offer a portable crib, high chair, kids toys, and a bookshelf filled with fun and educational reads for kids.
We also have 2 adult sized bikes, and 4 kid sized bikes people can use upon request.
Our condo is ideally situated, centrally located and very close to the mountains, making it a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Whether you’re here for skiing, hiking, or just exploring the area’s natural beauty, the mountains attract visitors from all over the world. Utah is known for being family-friendly, and we are excited to share our peaceful, welcoming home with fellow families looking to enjoy the best of nature and adventure!
