Our cabin is an inviting 2 bedroom, 1 bath in the San Bernardino mountains of Lake Arrowhead, CA. The cabin has an open concept main floor with kitchen and family room area along with the bathroom. The bedrooms are both down a flight of stairs on the second level. The large bedroom includes a king bed along with ample closet space. The second, smaller bedroom offers a queen bed. Access to the full-size washer and dryer is through the smaller bedroom.
We enjoy lounging or dining outside in the shade on our front patio as well as watching the sunrise over the forest with our favorite morning brew. We have central heating to warm in the winter as well as a mini-split AC unit to cool down during the summer.

Our home is located in the Arrowhead Villas neighborhood, a peaceful, quiet mountain neighborhood with a mix of full-time residents and other vacation cabin owners. We are less than 10 minutes from Lake Arrowhead Village, a charming historical area with waterfront shops, outlet stores, specialty shops, and restaurants. Also down the road is Santa's Village at SkyPark, a popular tourist attraction. For winter sports enthusiasts, the nearest ski resorts in Big Bear Lake are a 25-minute drive away. Additionally, the home is near several nature trails and Lake Gregory and Silverwood Lake.

We Airbnb our cabin most of the time. Open to using guest points or direct home swaps, even if at different times (your second home at another time for ours today, etc.)
Parking: We have room for two standard-size vehicles. There is no street parking allowed in our mountain neighborhood.
We do require a cleaning fee of $150 for any stay.
*Unfortunately, we can not host guests with pets in our home.
