Located on the second floor of a typical Old-Town house from the 1840s, our flat was completely renovated in 2021. It is centred around a large, luminous living and dining space with views of the Kursaal and the historic Pescaderia (fish marked) buildings. Guests will love our French balconies, (heated) wooden flooring and functional, modern furniture.
The apartment has a fully equipped, open kitchen, a separate laundry room, and a bathroom with internally separated shower and WC. Apart from the main bedroom with double bed, we have two well-lit children´s rooms with an adult-size single bed and a small desk each, and an office with a larger desk.
The apartment can be accessed by lift or stairs. It has high-speed wireless internet and a TV (with a Wii console) in front of a large sofa.

Our apartment is in a central, lively and at the same time beautiful location: It is situated in the pedestrianized historical Old Town of San Sebastián, within five minutes of the main restaurants and pintxo bars but at the same time far enough away from the main tourist areas to give it a quieter and more genuine feel. It faces a square, which - untypical for the otherwise very narrow Old Town - allows plenty of light in.
The two main beaches of San Sebastián (the more exposed surfing beach Zurriola and the sheltered, family friendly La Concha) are both five minutes away on foot. There is easy walking access (<10 min) to the main central attractions of San Sebastián including the Kursaal, Aquarium, Victoria Eugenia Theatre, San Telmo Museum, Maritime Museum, the historical fortifications of Urgull Hill, children playgrounds and many more. San Sebastián's farmer's market is on the square in front of our house and many other shops are nearby.
Our private parking is about 5 minutes away on foot (Parking Alderdi Eder, next to City Hall). The apartment is less than 5 min away from the Boulevard, where the main city bus lines stop, and about 15 min away from the main train/bus station.

Guests can have access to our spacious private parking (up to 2 m height). We have a few plants on our balconies that need watering and an aquarium in Eneko´s room (no special care needed).
