We stay in Bavieria till end of May 2025, so please don't ask for exchange here after May. Then we move to Poland- you can see our new home in our profile.

At this option you will receive a private room with a large blue, brand new, very comfortable, of a very good quality bed.
We recently added a baby bed to the guest room if anyone would like to come with a small child.
In the living room you can sit comfortably and watch the sky or the stars at night. You can also sit in front of the fireplace.
It is very quiet here, you rarely hear a car, and the most common sounds are the sounds of nature, crickets and sometimes cows.
You can get to Munich from here, close to attractions such as Veste Oberhaus, Bayerischer Wald, Baumwipfelpfad (Google images), the old town in Passau and boat trips, Mozart's city Salzburg and many hiking routes, because the area is mountainous.
We have a 7 month daughter, she is very calm, sleeps well during nights. In the morning at 7.30, when she gets up, I leave her for a walk so that the guests can sleep.
You will have here a good wifi.
There is a terrace.
We want to ensure that access to the living room and kitchen would be maximum, we can organize it so that we eat meals on another hours as you, so that you feel comfortable in the living room and kitchen. The same with sitting by the fireplace, so that you can sit there on your own. We can arrange everything. We also value privacy.
Because of cleaning minimum stay are 2 nights.
Fresh linen and towels will be prepared for you, as well as a bed.

O que vai adorar na vizinhança
In Kellberg there are little mountains and brook (photo on our profile) and you can do little hiking. It's only about 15 minuts by car to geht to the beautiful old town of Passau or 11 minuts by car (or 30 minuts by bus) to get to Veste Oberhaus (photo on our profile)
In our village there is hotel Lindenhof, Gasthof "Zum Kirchenwirt" und Gasthof "Zum Grüß Gott". Kellberg is situated between the Danube river Valley and the Bavarian Forest (near Passau).
About half an hour's drive away is the Bavarian forest, where you can walk in the treetops and see and walk trough treetop path, also you can see wild animals in special pens. It is perfect for children but also for adults.
From our home you can make one-day trips to Regensburg, Munich, Salzburg and the alpine lakes Attersee and Königssee.
If you like the atmosphere of tiny Bavarian towns, I recommend Hauzenberg, 15 minutes from us, beautiful atmosphere :)
If you like the famous Christmas markets (Weihnachtsmarkt), in Passau, Salzweg, Hauzenberg and other nearby towns, you can feel the pre-Christmas atmosphere and drink the famous mulled wine.
If you like cycling, there is a beautiful cycling route along the Danube River 10 minutes away from us. Our location is at the top, but for a good cyclist it's not a problem ;-)
If you like to swim, there are 2 lakes in very short way.
You can walk about 20 minuts from our home to play golf.

We don't smoke but if you smoke, there is a little balcony or terrace where you can smoke but please make sure that we don't have to breath the smoke because I am asthmatic
