Nestled in a charming neighborhood close to the heart of Ljubljana, our newly built family house offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern amenities. Whether you're seeking a tranquil retreat or an adventure-filled holiday, our home is an ideal base for your Slovenian getaway.
House is thoughtfully designed across three floors to ensure you feel right at home.
Top Floor: You'll love the master bedroom, complete with a private balcony for morning coffees and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious tub to unwind in after a long day.
Middle Floor: Perfect for families, this floor features two adorable children's rooms, a quiet office space, and a bathroom with a refreshing shower.
Ground Floor: The heart of our home, with an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area that's perfect for family gatherings and relaxed evenings.
Outdoor Space: Our small, cozy backyard is a green oasis with grass and nature all around. It's a great spot to hang out, barbecue, and enjoy meals outdoors. You'll love having picnics here, with the grill ready for some delicious outdoor cooking.

Proximity to Nature: If you love the outdoors, you'll appreciate the immediate access to beautiful natural landscapes, perfect for walks, hikes, and outdoor adventures.
Convenient Location: You’ll have excellent connections to Ljubljana’s center, where you can explore cultural attractions, enjoy delicious dining, and shop to your heart’s content.
Easy Access to Major Attractions: The nearby highway makes it easy to visit the mountains or the sea, with the stunning Lake Bled just a 30-minute drive away. And to the sea side it's 1.15h. To famous Venice is approx. 2.5h.
Public Transportation: The city bus stop is only 50 steps away, with buses running every 15 minutes and taking you to the city center in just 20 minutes.
Cycling: If we’re not using our campervan during your stay, you’ll have access to two bikes. It’s a pleasant 30-minute ride to the city center.
Car Sharing: An Avant2Go car-sharing station is right around the corner, providing easy access to rental cars. We can borrow child car seats.
Neighborhood: Our neighborhood is clean, safe, and peaceful, with plenty of playgrounds for children.

Cleaning Service: To ensure that the house is always kept up and tidy, we provide a cleaning service. The cleaning fee is 50 if you stay less then 5 nights and €100 for more then 5 nights, payable before leaving the house.
Family-Friendly: We can set up everything necessary for a baby or toddler upon request, making it a hassle-free stay for families with young children.
