L'appartamento è al secondo piano di uno stabile antico del centro città. Imboccando Via Frassinago da Via Sant'Isaia si scorgono all'orizzonte i colli bolognesi che ci regalano di sera una bella arietta anche nelle serate più torride. Aprendo le finestre di casa di mattina presto si sente l'odore del pane fresco del panificio C'era una volta che abbiamo sotto casa. La casa ha un sapore antico che abbiamo mantenuto e che ci racconta la socialità di chi ci viveva prima di noi. Una casa piena di luce e aria che abbiamo amato fin da subito. Gli amici che passano sotto casa ci chiamano sempre da sotto, collocandosi sul marciapiede antistante, noi sentendo i loro simpatici richiami usciamo sul piccolo balconcino per una veloce chiacchierata. Adoriamo stare io e mio marito sul balconcino per berci un calice di vino al tramonto e fare quattro chiacchiere. Nella da sala da pranzo, sul lungo tavolo, adoriamo invitare gli amici per pranzi, cene e aperitivi. Casa nostra è sempre aperta!
The apartment is on the second floor of an old building in the city center. Taking Via Frassinago from Via Sant'Isaia you can see the Bolognese hills on the horizon that give us a nice breeze in the evening even on the hottest evenings. Opening the windows of the house early in the morning you can smell the fresh bread of the bakery Once upon a time we have under the house. The house has an ancient flavor that we have kept and that tells us about the sociability of those who lived there before us. A house full of light and air that we loved right away. The friends who pass by the house always call us from below, placing themselves on the sidewalk in front, we, hearing their friendly calls, go out on the small balcony for a quick chat. My husband and I love being on the balcony to have a glass of wine at sunset and have a chat. In the dining room, on the long table, we love to invite friends for lunches, dinners and aperitifs. Our house is always open!

O que vai adorar na vizinhança
La casa è facilmente raggiungibile con numerose linee di autobus. A pochi passi da casa c'è Berberè dove si può gustare la pizza con il loro lievito madre che la rende leggera, gli ingredienti scelti la trasformano in gustosissima.
Vicino a casa c'è Piazza San Francesco dove Tommi è cresciuto andando in bici, con i pattini, giocando a calcio, incontrando i suoi amici, mentre noi facevamo l'aperitivo con amici nello storico bar Dè Marchi. In Piazza il martedì mattina c'è un mercatino dei fiori che è pura poesia. Da segnalare anche l'ottima gelateria di Barbara (assaggiare assolutamente lo Zenzerello, fresco e piccante!). Su Piazza Malpighi c'è "O fiore mio" che offre un'ottima pizza al trancio e l'Osteria Bartolini dove si può degustare un ottimo fritto misto di pesce in una bellissima cornice.
The house is easily accessible with numerous bus lines. A few steps from home there is Berberè where you can taste the pizza with their mother yeast that makes it light, the chosen ingredients transform it into very tasty.
Close to home is Piazza San Francesco where Tommi grew up cycling, skating, playing football, meeting his friends, while we had an aperitif with friends in the historic Dè Marchi bar. In the square on Tuesday mornings there is a flower market which is pure poetry. Also noteworthy is Barbara's excellent ice cream shop (absolutely taste the Zenzerello, fresh and spicy!). On Piazza Malpighi there is "O fiore mio" which offers an excellent pizza by the slice and the Osteria Bartolini where you can taste an excellent mixed fried fish in a beautiful setting.
