Our home is a very cozy and quiet condo, located on the 3rd floor of a 3-story modern building with a beautiful view of a small park and our community pool. The building is secure, with elevator access and ample parking for residents and guests. You will have access to the community pool (open April - September) and the well-equipped gym.
The condo features two large bedrooms, each with a spacious walk-in closet. There are also two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. In addition to the bedrooms, we have a dining area, living room, and a sunroom, which is furnished as an office with a dedicated wired internet connection for your convenience.
For entertainment, the home has a Smart Samsung TV, which you can use to stream Netflix, YouTube, and play games. We also provide high-speed internet and climate control with air conditioning and heating.
The condo is situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is conveniently located near shops, restaurants and walking trails. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this cozy condo offers a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The home is located in the heart of beautiful Daniel Island, SC within a walking distance to several restaurants and local shopping. Daniel Island offers miles of flat nature trails in the woods and along the Wando River for walking and biking. Only 25 minutes away from downtown Charleston, SC and 15 minutes away from Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island beaches by car. Daniel Island has a large stadium which often hosts concerts, a tennis tournament and other outdoor events. There is also a ferry service to downtown Charleston on some days.

This is a condominium complex; the condo is on the 3rd floor of a 3-story building right across from a community pool. There is no elevator in the building. Hardwood floors thought and brand-new A/C system. Master bedroom has comfortable queen size bed with a memory foam matters. The spare bedroom is setup as an office, it has desk, office chair, printer and office shelves. There is also queen size futon with a thick and comfortable materss. Washer and dryer are in the unit, also cable internet and Wi-Fi are available. The fridge has a freezer, ice maker and dispenses filtered water. There is new Coffee Machine with dual option to brew pot of coffee or make a single cup of coffee. We have live plants in the place and they get watered every Tuesday. If your stay would fall on a Tuesday, we would ask you to water them, instructions will be provided. The house gets visited sometimes by our cats, if you allergic to cats please take it into consideration. The place gets cleaned throughout before each guest though.
Cleaning fee for this home $200.
Pets would have to be approved prior booking. Pet fee is $100
