Upon arrival up the steep driveway with horses to your right and donkeys to your left, you will immediately see the spectacular mountainside and bright ocean views from each lanai. Upon entry you’ll see this property boasts a breathtaking panoramic view where you can prepare yourself to see the showcase of sunrise and sunset daily! Walls of windows will make you feel as though you are in a lookout tower. Once in the home, you will be able to gaze down to see the two beautiful horses likely galloping around on one side with two darling donkeys neighing on the other! A variety of Hawaii colorful birds flock to our feeders right up on our lanais consistently! You will be able to nearly touch them, they come so close! Also, wild green parakeets soar through the valley each morning and again at the end of each day to return to their roost. Rainbows are vibrant and visible with nearly every rainfall. Flowering bushes and trees surround the home from all sides; fruit trees include banana, lime, papaya, avocado, guava, star fruit, and mango! The deep blue ocean can be seen from both outdoor lanais. The Master bedroom has air conditioning, a king size twinkling light canopy bed with two walk in closets, a private double vanity shower/bath and two large bay windows! Master bedroom also offers a private separate exit to the gorgeous backyard that has two tiered stone walls overflowing with succulent and vibrant flowers, trees, and views of the Makalena waterfalls. Small workout room off master bedroom has elliptical with mirror, music and a huge colorful light up trampoline made for adults out the back for lots of exercise! Additionally, there are two additional rooms set up for plenty of additional visitors; totaling 5 additional single beds with a shared shower/bath. Each room has plenty of space for hanging clothes and making yourself at home. One room has aquatics wall mural while the other has the evening ocean and moon wall mural. Centralized bright white kitchen comfortably seats 5 bar stools for socializing in common area to make food a festivity along with a long white dining room table offering seating for 8 more guests! Touch screen Refrigerator has plenty of space for food and theres an excellent Grill that can be found in garage too! Large colorful and tastefully Hawaii/beach theme home surround the great room with comfortable wrap around sofa. TVs in each room, piano in entryway, keyboards in both bedrooms, guitars, board games, poker table, PacMan stand up video game system, Alexa, WiFi, cable etc. The two car garage has surf boards, paddle boards, and bikes with helmets too! If you need to work, there are three desks that are set up on main lanai that are electronic for stand up or sit down positioning. Please make yourself at home in our Ohana! This home is 7 minute drive to the beach, 5 minutes drive to Sleeping Giant mountain hike, the famous bike path is very convenient in Kapaa 8 minutes away where you’ll also find plenty of eateries, coffee shops, and shopping. Costco is a 30 minute ride to Lihue! At night, you have the choice to allow the moon and stars to light up your evening or light up the home with a switch where you’ll see in Hawaii, white Christmas lights are allowed all year long!! You’ll instantly feel you are in a dreamland of lights and love!

Our Kauai hilltop 3.5 acre home can be found in a private community of only 12 other properties. Nestled down a very long and winding road you’ll pass by bright flowering greenery everywhere, palm trees, horses, chickens, roosters, the huge sky, a small creek and a gorgeous valley of rolling meadows, after which you will reach this dream home.
