A comfortable and modern family apartment located in a small town Rogoznica in a quiet street.
The apartment has 90 square meters and it has recently been furnished so you will be one of the first ones to have the opportunity to stay there. It is a family apartment with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, kitchen and two balconies. Free parking is available in front of the apartment.
On the first floor there is a kitchen, a living room (with sofa bed) and a bathroom and on the second floor there are two bedrooms with bathrooms. There are 3 air-conditions: one on the first floor and one in each bedroom. There are balconies on the first (with table and chairs) and on the second floor. The view from the top is astonishing.
The oven is small, size similar to microwave.
We use solar energy for the hot water, so there are no boilers in the apartment.
A baby crib and electric grill are available on demand.
In the apartment there are: board games, safe deposit box, iron, iron board, vacuum cleaner and everything for cleaning.
In the kitchen there are water kettle and coffee machine.
There is shower gel, shampoo, conditioner in every bathroom.
There are 6 bicycles (4 for adults and 2 for children) at your disposal, free of charge. Reservation is needed because there are 6 bikes for 2 apartments. If it's important for you, send me a message to check availability.
For longer stays: You don't need to wash towels nor bed-linens, that is provided for all your stay.
Distance from the beach: 600 m (8 minutes by walk)
In the circle of 500 m there are a few restaurants, groceries' stores, bakeries, cafe bars, tourist agencies, butchery, money exchange, rent a boat, rent a bike, rent a jet-ski, rent a scooter.
