Casa Palmera is a modern, beautifully decorated, 4 bedroom 3 ½ bath house located in the prestigious Mar Vista development in Playa Flamingo.
Casa Palmera was completed in 2018 and sits mid-way up the mountain side in Mar Vista. The house is of a modern style offering an open plan living, dining and kitchen area and 4 large bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms offer ocean views.
Upon entering the front door, guests are treated to a magnificent and unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean and the pure white sands of renowned Conchal Beach. Walking through the 24ft opening to the terrace, you are greeted by the large infinity edge pool, beautifully landscaped, reminding you again that you really have arrived in a tropical paradise. Be sure to mind the parakeets as they fly close overhead both morning and late afternoon.
