o que você amará nesta casa
130m2 apt that was renovated last year to a stylish space with lots of light from the 9 windows. it has an open kitchen, master bedroom and 2 smaller bedrooms. Upstairs is a separate studio with a double bed, own shower and toilet. The studio can be exchanged separately or as a part of our apartment (when we don't have other guests staying there)
the kitchen has appliances like:
- Quooker (instant boiling water)
- dishwasher
- combi oven with microwave
- combi oven with steam oven
- espresso machine
- washing machine
- fridge
the bathroom is modern with a bath tub and open shower.
the wooden floor gives a cozy feeling and double glas around makes it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.

The building is an Amsterdam school building in the calm neighbourhood of Rivierenbuurt. It is around the corner of the Maasstraat loaded with nice cafe's and restaurants. Two parks are on walking distance. A bus and tramstop is in front of the house to take you to the center. On 500 meter is a metro station for an even faster connection to the center. The airport is 30 minutes from door to door by public transport and 15 minutes by taxi.
a big indoor and outdoor swimming pool is on 700 meters.
Next to going to the center by public transport it is also possible by foot which takes half an hour. With the available bikes it takes 10 minutes. For a calmer stroll on the bike it is very nice to take a bike ride next to the river Amstel which leads you very fast into the nature around Amsterdam

We have 3 adult city bikes available to use, 2 children bikes ages 12 and 14 to visit town or ride around it. For sports sake there are 2 race bikes and a mountain bike.
The house is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. It is in a residential building so it's calm and it means no big parties!
