Well-lit and high quality penthouse in the heart of Santiago de Compostela. Located in the Old Town district, in a pedestrian area. By the Faculty of History and Geography, the City Market (Mercado de Abastos) and the crossroad commonly known as 'As Cinco Rúas'. Spacious appartment, with more than 180 sq. m ; placed in a 3rd floor with no elevator - mind it if you have any mobility problems or you simply don't feel like walking some stairs up. It consists of 2 living rooms, 2 proper bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, 1 office room and 1 long kitchen with a modern cooktop plus several other facilities. Wide and open spaces and modern style.
Remarkable views too. Practically all windows are reclining Velux type, both towards the Cathedral (West) and towards the park of Belvís and San Pedro (East) and Cidade da Cultura as well. 15-20 minutes walking to Bus & Train Station (set together, at Estación Intermodal). City buses pass by just 1 minute away from home (at Virxe da Cerca St.), though no need, really, since Santiago de Compostela is a medium-small and walkable city. Bars, pubs, restaurants and all kinds of boutiques around. Also city parks (A Alameda, Belvís and San Domingos de Bonaval). The central Praza Cervantes is less than 100 meters away.
There are two bedrooms, each of them with a double bed. Also a sofá-bed (single) in one of the living rooms, another sofa-bed (double and very confortable) in another room - as well as extra mattresses just in case.
IMPORTANT - For guestpoints exchanges (not for reciprocal ones), there is a cleaning fee of 30 € regarding towels, sheets, toilet cleaning and so on. Still, we require our guests to leave the house clean and tidy, just as when delivered. Thanks!

Our house is in the Historic District, UNESCO World Heritage. Just by the Market and the Faculty of History. Restaurants, pubs and all kinds of shops are around. Still, the apartment is quite and calm.
